Personal data subject to processing

By processing personal data we mean any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as the collection, registration, organisation, structuring, conservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.

We confirm that the personal data subject to processing will consist of an identifier such as the name, email address, an identification number, an online identifier and other data appropriate to make them identified / identifiable, depending on the type of Services requested (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data").

In particular, the processing we intend to carry out concerns the following categories of data:

• Information necessary for the completion of obligations relating to the business relationship between the writer and yourself in person or the company you represent

Purpose of the processing

Transfer of personal data outside the European Union

Data retention

Your data will be stored for as long as it is necessary to meet your needs expressed at the moment of providing them and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the Service Purposes and for no more than 2 years from the collection of data for the Other Purposes.

At the end of the information exchange relationship or if also other relationships between the parties concerned and Fingildo Srl should take place, including commercial ones, this data will be deleted and no longer used for the purposes described above.

Rights of the interested parties

We remind you that at any time you may exercise the rights provided by articles 13, paragraph 2, letters (b) and (d), 15, 18, 19 and 21 of the EU Regulation 2013/679 transcribed in the attachment

• you have the right to ask the Data Controller to access the data concerning you, their correction or deletion, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing; to receive the Data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device; to revoke any consent given in relation to the processing of your sensitive data at any time and to object, in whole or in part to the use of the Data;
• you have the right to file a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, following the procedures and indications published on the official website of the Authority on garanteprivacy.it.
• you have the right to revoke the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;

According to the art. 13, paragraph 2, letter (f) of the Regulation, we inform you that all the data collected will not be subject to any automated decision-making process, including profiling.
